This policy (together with our terms of use and any other documents referred to on it) sets out the basis on which all personal data we collect from you, or that you provide to us, will be processed by us. If you do not want us to use your data in this way, or to pass your details on to third parties for marketing purposes, please tick the relevant box situated on the form on which we collect your data (the order form OR registration form); to notify you about changes to our service; to ensure that content from our site is presented in the most effective manner for you and for your computer.

 

Information we collect about you. Any member of our group, which means our subsidiaries, our ultimate holding company and its subsidiaries, as defined in section 1159 of the UK Companies Act 2006.

Selected third parties including: business partners, suppliers and sub-contractors for the performance of any contract we enter into with them or you; advertisers and advertising networks that require the data to select and serve relevant adverts to you and others; analytics and search engine providers that assist us in the improvement and optimisation of our site; credit reference agencies for the purpose of assessing your credit score where this is a condition of us entering into a contract with you.

In the event that we sell or buy any business or assets, in which case we will disclose your personal data to the prospective seller or buyer of such business or assets. If Tiny Rebel or substantially all of its assets are acquired by a third party, in which case personal data held by it about its customers will be one of the transferred assets. If we are under a duty to disclose or share your personal data in order to comply with any legal obligation, or in order to enforce or apply our terms of use and other agreements; or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Tiny Rebel our customers, or others. This includes exchanging information with other companies and organisations for the purposes of fraud protection and credit risk reduction.

 

Where we store your personal data

 

All information you provide to us is stored on our secure servers. Any payment transactions will be encrypted. Where we have given you (or where you have chosen) a password which enables you to access certain parts of our site, you are responsible for keeping this password confidential. We ask you not to share a password with anyone.

 

Unfortunately, the transmission of information via the internet is not completely secure. Although we will do our best to protect your personal data, we cannot guarantee the security of your data transmitted to our site; any transmission is at your own risk. Once we have received your information, we will use strict procedures and security features to try to prevent unauthorised access.

The Act gives you the right to access information held about you. Your right of access can be exercised in accordance with the Act. Any access request will be subject to a fee of £10 to meet our costs in providing you with details of the information we hold about you.

Delivery & Shipping Information

 

Delivery is charged at £6.95.There are higher charges for Scotland and Northern Ireland. For a full breakdown of rates please see the below table:

Delivery & Shipping FAQ

 

How long will it take for me to receive my order?

We aim to dispatch orders within 3-5 working days. During busy periods we may increase this processing time.

 

Can I track my order?

Yes. We use APC as our courier service and you will be sent tracking information directly from APC once your order has left us.

 

I haven’t received my order, what do I do?

If your parcel hasn’t arrived after the 5 day limit, please check your tracking information and contact us directly on info@littlemestersbrewing.co.uk.

 

Alternatively, you can contact APC directly on: 0800 37 37 37 and provide them with your tracking number.

 

Will I need to sign for my order?

Yes. If there is no-one at home, the APC driver will leave a calling card. You can call to either rearrange delivery or arrange a collection from your local depot.

 

Please note: Little Mesters Brewing cannot accept responsibility for a failed delivery if you weren't in to receive your package.

 

Can I add an item to an existing order?

Unfortunately this is not something our system allows us to do.

 

Can I change my delivery details?

Yes, you can change your delivery details by emailing us promptly on: info@littlemestersbrewing.co.uk.

 

Alternatively, contact us to request that you have your order left in a safe place/with a neighbour if you aren't going to be home.

 

Please note: Little Mesters Brewing cannot accept responsibility for a failed delivery if you’ve provided an incorrect address.

 

Returns

Can I return an item?

Yes, you can return an item provided this is done within 14 days of placing your order. To do so, please email us on: info@littlemestersbrewing.co.uk. If you contact us outside of these 14 days, Little Mesters Brewing reserves the right to refuse a refund.

Please ensure that any returned items are returned in their original condition.

 

When will I be refunded for a returned item?

Once the returned item is received and checked, we will process your refund within 3 working days. You will receive credit back into the same account you paid with within 5-10 business days.

 

My item is damaged, what do I do?

If the item you have received is damaged or faulty we will require photographic evidence of any damaged goods.

 

If your items are damaged upon receiving the order, you reserve the right to refuse delivery. In this case, please inform the courier who can then arrange for the parcel to be returned for us to process your refund.

 

If you then email info@littlemestersbrewing.co.uk to allow us time to rectify the situation and proceed with the actions your require.

 

Exchanges

Can I exchange my item?

If you would like to change the size of your item then please follow our returns procedure above. If it is a direct swap with no price difference, we will simply send you the new item upon receipt of the original. If there is a price difference, we will need to process a refund (as per the refund policy) and ask you to place a new order.

 

Please contact us directly to ensure that alternative sizes are in stock.
